New at New life

Welcome

People are feeling more alone and isolated than ever.  At New Life we provide a place to connect and belong.  People who choose New Life have found a church they can call home.

So we're glad you came to check out what New Life is all about.  Since you're new, we want to help you feel at home the moment you come to New Life so you can check us out on Facebook by clicking here and check out these helpful notes as you plan your first time at New Life...

What Time Does It Start?

Sunday Morning Service starts at 10:00am

What Should I Expect

Should I get there early?
Your first time to New Life, we recommend you arrive about 15 minutes early, especially if you have kids.  It will give you time to fill out a connection card and receive a gift at our Guest Services, grab a coffee at our Cafe Aroma, get your kids checked in and allow you to connect with others before we get started.

What about parking?
Our guest parking is off of Lenfesty Road and 11th street.  There are signs guiding you to them and they are clearly marked so you shouldn't have any trouble finding a parking spot.

What about my kids?
After you fill out a connection card, one of our Guest Services members will guide you to our kids' check-in area where we'll gather some a little more information.  Then we’ll have your kids ready to go to make your first kids check-in experience simple.

What about offering time?
Being new, we are not expecting you to give and we don't pass a plate around for offering like you might see at some churches.  Instead, we have two boxes in the back of the sanctuary and digital giving options.  We do believe that bringing tithes and offerings are an act of worship to God and we trust those who call New Life home to trust God with their finances.

What will the service be like?
At New Life, we come together for two reasons:  to connect with God and with others. We open up with a welcome and weekly announcements.  Followed by a prayer and some songs.  During the songs, we often give people a chance to have their needs prayed for.

We end the songs with a prayer and then share a message from the Bible followed by an opportunity to respond, a challenge for the week and 3 questions for continued conversation with others throughout the week.  All these things are geared toward moving us closer to God and to each other.

What should I wear?
Wear whatever you're comfortable wearing.  You're going to find people in jeans and a t-shirt and you'll find others in dresses and suit coats.

It's our desire that New Life becomes the church you can call home.  We will do whatever we can to make sure that is how you feel.  See you Sunday!
